SCOPE
The project is located within an RLD (residential low density) zone which allows 4 units for this site. This project introduces 2 new residential duplexes with 6 on-site parking spaces. Each unit will have 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms landscaped yards, solar panels and will contribute to the aesthetic character of the neighborhood. The project will alleviate the housing shortages in Culver City by providing new energy efficient dwelling units.
